Antalya City: As the second most visited tourist destination in Turkey, Antalya has all amenities of a big city and its own international airport offering flights all year round.

A vast and expanding modern city that takes in the stunning Lara Beach area to the east of the centre and up-an-coming Konyaalti to the west with its vast marina project, however, if you are looking to buy Antalya City property, again the prices fluctuate with Lara Beach offering high price tags as it is again classed as an elite area, however, Antalya real estate prices are also rising in Konyaalti and will continue to do so as the marina construction progresses and Konyaalti also gains an elite title.

Belek: A fairly new resort to the east of the city, where Antalya property prices offer excellent value for money compared to others area of the region, still a coastal town, though homes tend to be set back a short distance from the beach behind a several professional golf courses which in most cases are within walking distance to all Belek property.

Alanya: Although a long established area of Antalya, Alanya is a rising star that seems to have branched off from Antalya in some respects though still officially part of the Antalya province. The furthest resort from Antalya airport that a few years ago was blessed with its own airport in Gazipasa which hugely reduced airport transfer times and attracted many more visitors to the area.

Property in Alanya stretches along the coastline from the new airport to the historical centre of Alanya, modern apartments that very often are within walking distance to the beach and provide a great view of the sea along with boasting a range of on-site facilities.
