Info

Belek is a top European golf and beach resort, developed on the south coast of Turkey in the 1980s located around 30-minutes east of Antalya airport with several excellent golf courses and stunning blue flag sandy beaches that attract tourist all year-round.

New-home real estate in Belek is on the increase as more and more golfer and golfing families are choosing to buy new-home property in Belek for frequent holidays at anytime of the year and for year-round living, though we are also seeing many investors seeking Belek new-home property as the possible rental incomes achievable are annual, whereas some other holiday resort areas in Turkey can only offer a summer income, though new-home accommodation in Belek should be located close to the golf course when purchasing for investment use.

New-home accommodation for sale is now seeing higher than average prices as buyers in search of new-home property in Belek are also searching for more luxury touches, though still often lower than other resort areas.
